SOCIAL MEDIA
DESIGNER

We're seeking a social media content designer with responsibility for content development/creation and social media planning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and content with strong organizational skills and understanding across platforms. You will be a responsible, reliable team player working across multiple clients, the agency, and for Loop, our new purpose-driven space.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Design is a critical skill set for candidates displayed in a design portfolio. 

  • Produce engaging content and social media campaigns in line with clients’ business goals, enhancing clients’ digital presence through audience growth, engagement

  • Follow SMM campaign from design to deployment, while providing guidance and ensuring deliverables are met and successfully implemented

  • Develop content calendar, topic framework providing frequent content updates through appropriate social channels

  • Optimize social profiles, including branding aesthetics, consistent business details, enhancement of content via impact keywords

  • Ability to edit/animate content (original text, images, video or HTML)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years Experience with creation and management of social media campaigns

  • Content design development experience with a strong design background and ability to concept creatively and write. Must show your design portfolio.

  • Ability to derive actionable insights from social media metrics

  • Understanding of all relevant social platforms, best practices, trends, features and desire to research/ explore new offerings

  • Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions as needed, and manage multiple projects at once

  • Attention to detail, workflow management, strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Experience with Sprout & Deployment

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics  

  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

  • Community Management experience

  • Fluency in English

  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or PR
